Conscious People
It involves being prepared to raise awareness of our presence and impact, committing to values and purpose, making meaningful connections, engaging in empowering (and sometimes tough) conversations, shifting our behaviours, and participating in fulfilling co-creations. It's a generative experience.
It's not always easy, but it's always worth it.

The ability to do these things and do them well has become a defining attitude, approach and set of skills, especially for leaders. I'd go so far as to say these are vital to success and impact for everyone in our fast, ever-changing, and demanding world.

To do this collaborative thing well, we need to be intentional about why, when, and how we go about it.
People who want to take a collaborative approach with intention and confidence pay attention to developing self-awareness about their presence and impact as a first step. They actively seek to expand and develop their range of collaborative skills. Whether you think of yourself as a leader or not, this equips you to support yourself and others in navigating the world today.
And, if this is you, you don't have to do it alone.

Some ways we can work together include:

Collaborative Coaching - 1:1 or with groups of others to support your everyday work.
Developmental Learning - where you consider and invest in your collaborative identity, approach, and skills, with the intention of extending your range in any or all areas.
Co-Convening - when you are gathering a group, you can bring me in to work alongside you to support your work with process facilitation, so that you can be fully immersed and not need to wear that hat too.
